Beaumont: The City of Excitement

The City of Beaumont sits along the banks of the Neches River, about 90 miles from Houston. It is part of the major industrial area on the Gulf Coast, packed with European-inspired architectures, historic landmarks, and even more outdoor destinations for you to discover, such as the Gator Country, Tyrell Park, McFaddin-Ward House, and strings of hiking and biking trails of Beaumont Botanical Gardens and Cattail Marsh. Supplying you with fine slices of Texas right on your plate, from authentic sushi to the classic Tex-Mex, the city has over 50 restaurants, still growing in number as of writing. Shopping is also made easy in Beaumont thanks to a vast selection of boutiques and stores which you will find just right off Dowlen Road and Phelan Boulevard. Not far from The Preserve at Old Dowlen are Legacy Christian Academy, Academy Sports, Sansei Japan, and Kinsel Ford.
